This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE accountant with a strong background in management accounts, commercial finance, and business partnering.

?? What You’ll Be Doing:
* Preparing monthly management accounts with insightful variance analysis
* Partnering with operational teams to drive financial performance
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
* Conducting detailed cost analysis and contributing to pricing decisions
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
* Assisting with year-end processes and liaising with auditors
? What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified, Part-Qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA), or QBE
* Proven experience in management accounts and costings
* Strong commercial finance and business partnering skills
* Excellent communication and analytical abilities
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
* Ambition to grow into a Senior Finance position
