Working in our properties across the South of England, covering from the Midlands to Dover and across to the South West.
Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary of £46,900 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around gas safety and contract management and wants to help make homes safer, not just tick boxes. This is your chance to shape how we deliver gas safety across a wide area.
You’ll take charge of external contractors and gas compliance works in our homes, managing everything from the Midlands to the South West. No two days are the same, and the good news is, you manage your own diary. Two days a week you'll be out and about on site, and the rest, you'll be working from home.
What you'll do:
1. Manage gas compliance contracts and ensure services meet safety standards.
2. Work with contractors to deliver high-quality, right-first-time repairs and maintenance.
3. Oversee health and safety compliance on site and resolve issues quickly.
4. Use our systems to keep accurate records and track contract performance.
5. Work closely with internal teams to keep customers informed and safe.
6. Review and improve service management processes to achieve better outcomes.

What you bring:
* Strong background in gas installation, servicing, and compliance.
* Experience managing external contractors and gas-related contracts.
* Up-to-date ACS accreditation (CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1).
* SMSTS or similar safety qualification and hands-on safety management experience.
* Solid understanding of housing compliance and regulatory standards.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South.

Job details:
* Work Monday to Friday.
* Spend 2 days a week traveling to sites across the south.
* Manage your own diary with visits scheduled weekly.
* A vehicle insured for business purposes is required; mileage will be paid.
* Basic DBS check required, which we will pay for.
