About the role
The Network Distribution System Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our fleet. Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the Distribution Management System with accurate daily data input and debriefing drivers.
* Updating CDU/FTA system to record HGV drivers' hours, ensuring compliance with European Legislation.
* Issuing vehicle keys and log books according to Royal Mail standards.
* Downloading digital tacho cards in line with policy.
* Conducting daily driver debriefs and escalating unresolved issues to the shift manager.
* Ensuring vehicle maintenance is scheduled and records are up to date.
* Full training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who is organized, independent, and self-motivated. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment, take pride in your work, be computer literate, and possess good numeracy and literacy skills.
