Job Type: Permanent contract

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 06:00 am and 14:00 pm

Royal Mail is recruiting for Network Distribution System Administrators. If you work well under pressure and are friendly and professional, we want to hear from you.


About the role

The Network Distribution System Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our fleet. Responsibilities include:

* Maintaining the Distribution Management System with accurate daily data input and debriefing drivers.
* Updating CDU/FTA system to record HGV drivers' hours, ensuring compliance with European Legislation.
* Issuing vehicle keys and log books according to Royal Mail standards.
* Downloading digital tacho cards in line with policy.
* Conducting daily driver debriefs and escalating unresolved issues to the shift manager.
* Ensuring vehicle maintenance is scheduled and records are up to date.
* Full training will be provided.


Candidate profile

We are looking for someone who is organized, independent, and self-motivated. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment, take pride in your work, be computer literate, and possess good numeracy and literacy skills. We seek candidates eager to meet targets and overcome challenges.
