Product Manager (Digital Products & Customer Experience)
Overview
Our client, a leading organisation within the aviation and transport sector, is seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of digital products that support both operational efficiency and customer experience.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you will own product direction, work closely with cross-functional teams, and use data-driven insights to deliver impactful solutions in a complex, real-time environment.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based near Heathrow.
Responsibilities
* Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for your assigned product area
* Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements
* Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and operational teams to deliver solutions
* Use product metrics, analytics, and user insights to prioritise and measure outcomes
* Lead product discovery, testing, and iteration to deliver value quickly
* Balance strategic direction with hands-on involvement in delivery
* Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across product delivery
* Engage and align stakeholders across business, technology, and operations
* Ensure products are scalable, operationally effective, and well-supported
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Product Manager within a digital or technology environment
* Strong experience working in agile delivery environments
* Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g. backlog management, analytics platforms)
* Ability to work closely with engineers and designers on solution development
* Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
* Experience working within large or complex organisations is advantageous
