Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our team at Play2Learn Childcare Ltd in Cranford. In this vital role, you will contribute to our mission of fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, helping them grow and develop through play-based learning.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children's development.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high standards of care and education.
* Maintain accurate records of children's development and daily activities.
* Support children's social and emotional well-being through positive interactions.
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
* Uphold the company's values and policies in all aspects of your work.
* Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 3 Diploma).
* Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
* Strong understanding of child development principles and early years frameworks.
* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Passion for promoting children's learning through play-based approaches.
