Mobile Optical Practice Manager – Richmond / Chiswick / Slough
Salary: Up to 40,000 (DOE)

Are you a strong, experienced Optical Practice Manager ready to take your next big step? We’re looking for an exceptional manager to oversee three premium independent optical practices.
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and confident leader who thrives on responsibility and is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while driving business performance.
What You’ll Do:
* Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations across all three practices
* Manage and motivate teams, ensuring staff and patient satisfaction and longevity
* Drive sales and increase turnover without overselling – patient trust and experience are key
* Take pressure off the Optometrist-owner by handling the management, admin, and commercial aspects
* Work closely with the clinical team (testing is 30-40 mins with pre-screening done by the Optom)
* Maintain the high-end positioning of the practices
* Ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant practice operations
About You:
* Proven experience as a Practice Manager in optics
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to grow turnover across multiple sites
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently without micromanagement
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Passionate about patient care, not pushy with sales
* Happy to work across 3 practices
The Package:
* Competitive salary up to 40,000 (depending on experience)

* Working hours: 9:30am – 5:00pm
* Face-to-face interviews and trial day will form part of the hiring process
