:
1. Work in compliance with regulatory, global, and site quality guidelines, Follow procedures accurately in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
2. Ensure changes to electronic systems are fully documented and performed in a controlled manner, and Develop qualification documentation (CC, IQ’s, OQ’s, PQ’s, etc.)
3. Coordinate with project vendors to support and build site systems to align with company standards.
4. Support site manufacturing and commercial systems (training will be provided)
5. Forge good vendor relationships and collaborate with vendors on providing IT system support and assist in resolving issues
6. Administration of Backup routine, including monitoring, restoration of files, tape changes, rotation and labelling.
7. Administration of Active Directory, Windows' security patches, Anti-virus software including ensuring pattern files are successfully updated for isolated network devices.
8. Diagnose and resolve issues, identify risks and perform disaster recovery development and testing
9. Support and communicate with end users, and respond to ServiceNow tickets
Requirements/Qualifications:
10. Ability in working with customers to identify business and technical requirements and implement efficient technical solutions
11. Experience with GMP and/or with deploying, maintaining, and developing validated systems in regulated healthcare environments
12. Comprehensive understanding of IT processes and standards related to computers, infrastructure, virtualisation, and cloud technologies
13. Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and network device management system administration
14. Experience with virtual environment technology such as VMWare or HyperV and with backup technologies such as Veeam, Avamar
15. Expertise in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues on GxP PCs and third-party applications engage functional teams as needed
16. Dynamic self-starter approach, with excellent problem-solving skills and capable of working on multiple complex projects.
