We’re looking for a friendly and well‑organised administrator to join our Recruitment and Onboarding team within Workforce Resourcing. In this role you’ll help us provide a smooth and supportive recruitment service to applicants, new starters and managers across the Trust. You’ll handle enquiries, keep our recruitment systems up to date and support the team with tasks such as issuing employment offers, preparing starter paperwork, application screening, reference checks and setting up interviews.

This is a part‑time, fixed‑term role, and we know that can sometimes make recruitment more challenging, so we want to be clear that we’re happy to be flexible. We’re open to different working patterns and can explore options that fit around your commitments. You’ll be joining a helpful, welcoming team where you’ll receive full training and support.

INTERVIEW DATE: 1st May at Carew House, Bodmin

This job is only open to people who already work for the NHS in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly. We are committed to supporting our dedicated staff, so only current employees of the following organisations can apply:

* Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support across recruitment and onboarding processes
* Act as a first point of contact for recruitment and onboarding queries
* Maintain recruitment inboxes, responding to and triaging enquiries
* Support interview processes and pre- employment checks
* Update and maintain accurate records on TRAC, NHS Jobs and ESR
* Process starter paperwork, contract amendments and external references
* Manage and prioritise own workload to meet recruitment deadlines and service timescales
* Work collaboratively within the Recruitment and Onboarding Team to support service delivery
