What You'll Do:
As a Production Assistant within European Tour Productions you'll be right at the heart of live sport broadcasting, supporting the teams who deliver world-class golf coverage across the DP World Tour and other leading golfing events.
You'll work closely with Production Managers and Coordinators, helping to keep productions running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing key admin and systems, coordinating meetings and resources, and supporting travel and logistics for live events, to assisting with call sheets, compliance, and supplier processes — you'll play a vital role in bringing live golf to screen.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to live production environments, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and develop a strong understanding of how large-scale sports broadcasts are delivered from planning through to live transmission.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
* Provide administrative and operational support to the Senior Production Manager and wider production team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the department.
* Maintain departmental systems and portals, keeping all documentation, tasks and contacts up to date.
* Manage departmental assets and resources including uniforms, mic flags and MacBooks.
* Coordinate staff meetings including room set-up and room bookings as well as meeting minutes.
* Supporting Production Coordinators with call sheets and travel logistics for production staff including flights, accommodation and vehicle hire.
* Support Production Coordinators with travel compliance including accreditation, visas and carnets.
* Organising the allocation of TV Assistants for Live DP World Tour Events
* Raise and manage freelance and supplier work orders including amendments, expenses and approvals.
* Process invoices and expenses, ensuring accurate cost tracking and the resolution of queries as required.
* Maintain accurate IR35 records, including status determination statements and compliance documentation.
* Support music cue sheet submissions to PRS and ensure accurate archiving of all documentation.
* Support sustainability and compliance initiatives including Albert certification and H&S training records.
* You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of this job.
Skills and Abilities
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling financial and compliance-related documentation.
* Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with internal teams, freelancers and external suppliers.
* Proficient in standard office software and comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly.
* Ability to work proactively, identify issues early and escalate appropriately.
* Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced production environment.
Knowledge and Experience
* Previous experience in a production, broadcast, media or administrative support role.
* Working knowledge of invoice processing, cost tracking and financial administration systems
* Familiarity with production documentation including call sheets and risk assessments.
* Understanding of freelancer classifications (PAYE, Sole Trader) and basic production compliance requirements.
* Experience using shared task management or workflow systems (e.g. or equivalent).
* Experience of working on international events as well as obtaining carnets and visas
* Awareness of sustainability and industry best practice initiatives such as Albert and Screenskills - Safe Management of Production.
Working Conditions
* The work location is Stockley Park, Uxbridge
* This is a fixed term contract until March 2027
* Weekend work and unsocial hours possible.
* Working a few days over bank holidays and the Christmas period.
