Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Land Sourcing Partner located in West Bromwich. The Land Sourcing Partner will identify new land acquisition opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with landowners, agents, and relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, evaluating potential properties, facilitating procurement processes, and providing insights to the development team. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective land acquisition strategies. The suitable candidate will be offered a position in the company as a partner agent/sourcer who will work on commission base. You duties and work will be conducted in the office unless you have veiwing or meetings. You will search, secure, negotiate land deals around UK by using our software licence for free. We will help you progress and fully train the art of land sourcing. We will partner with you by paying for planning permission to add value to the land/brownfield sites/houses and share profit with partner agents/deal sourcers. Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate land opportunities
* Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for building and managing relationships with stakeholders
* Proven experience in Contract Negotiation and the ability to secure favorable agreements / we can offer to train
* Knowledge of Recruiting processes to identify potential land opportunities and partnerships / can also be trained just bring willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Procurement to support land acquisition and supply chain management / again can be taught
* Highly organized with effective time management abilities
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred / if not then a serious attitude to learn and succeed is a must
* Prior experience in real estate, land acquisition, or property development is an advantage / but not necessary
