Registered Nurse| Staff Nurse | Nurse Adult | RGN | RMN Nursing | Nursing Home | Elderly Care | Dementia Care | High dependency JOB DESCRIPTION: Our client, a nursing home in Witham, is currently looking to recruit a permanent Staff Nurse to help provide the highest levels of nursing care to their residents. * Registered Adult Nurse –RGN * or Mental Health Nurse - RMN * £23 per hour * Two set nights per week * Nursing, residential, end-of life and dementia care * Job reference JO19425 SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: * You must be a qualified nurse – RGN or RMN - and have a valid NMC PIN * Excellent communication skills * Passion for end of life care * Dedication to providing the highest levels of care * Previous experience within a similar setting * Minimum 6 months’ nursing experience JOB REQUIREMENTS OF THE REGISTERED NURSE / RN / STAFF NURSE: * Planning, assessing, delivering and evaluating individual care * Organising and motivating the carers to ensure good standards of care are delivered * May assist in inductions and orientations of new care staff * Liaising with other healthcare professionals * Maintaining accurate drug records (storage, maintenance and use) * Providing the highest standards of medical or palliative care at all times Staff Nurse / RNA / RN1 / Registered Nurse / RGN / Nursing Home / Nurse Adult / Night Nurse / RMN / RNMH / RMHN By submitting an application you are consenting to Orchid Healthcare securely holding and processing your personal data and contacting you in relation to the services we provide.
