Job Description
3. Process and verify employee payroll data with accuracy and efficiency.
4. Maintain up-to-date payroll records in compliance with internal policies and regulations.
5. Assist with the preparation and submission of statutory returns, such as PAYE and National Insurance.
6. Respond to payroll queries from staff and resolve discrepancies promptly.
7. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team on monthly and annual reporting tasks.
8. Support audits by providing payroll-related documentation and information as required.
9. Ensure compliance with all payroll-related legislation and guidelines.
10. Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency.
