Learning Support ManagerLocation: Duchy College Stoke Climsland (also covering Duchy College Rosewarne)Salary: £31,720 FTE (CC_44) Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Management ContractClosing Date: 22 June 2025 Interview Date: 3 July 2025About the Role Based at Duchy College Stoke Climsland, we are looking for an experienced individual to Lead and coordinate Learning Support across sites, manage staff, ensure SEND compliance, monitor funding, assess learner needs, oversee transitions, and evaluate support effectiveness to enhance learner independence and success- Skills & Experience Applicants must have Strong leadership and communication skills, in-depth SEND knowledge, experience in learning support, ability to manage teams, work collaboratively across teams, plan effectively, meet deadlines, and understand legislation- Hours of work This role is on a full-time basis; 37 Hours per week. - Benefits We have excellent terms and conditions of employment.
