Supporting Payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, taking the lead on large scale redundancy program and intercompany recharges.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the processing of payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
* Manage payroll activities related to large-scale redundancy programs, including statutory payments, severance calculations, and compliance with employment legislation.
* Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension schemes, and statutory deductions.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to finance and HR teams
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
* Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data and cost allocations.
* Stay updated on payroll legislation and company policies.
* Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled in the Company Pension Scheme (Legal & General).
* Produce data is collated and reports generated for business reasons (monthly, yearly, insurance).
* Provide data for Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance, P11D’s
* Ad-hoc reporting (Gender Pay Gap, Man Hours, Overtime)
