Shout it from the rooftops! Quite literally. We are excited to prepare for the opening of our unique Sky Bar at Malmaison York.
Imagine luxurious loungers, lanterns, beautiful trees, Champagne, cocktails, and food platters, all with stunning views of York Minster, especially at sunset—creating the perfect working environment.
We’re seeking enthusiastic, bubbly, organized, and meticulous individuals with a passion for excellent customer service. As Head Host, you will manage guest flow into SORA, our brand new Sky Bar, to optimize their experience and make effective use of the space.
Ideally, you will have experience working in customer service, particularly in high-volume restaurants or bars. You should be an excellent communicator, comfortable handling guest inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Collaborating with the Front Office team and SORA management, you will play a vital role in ensuring each shift's success.
