Our Client are thrilled to recruit for a Graduate Engineer.

Problem solving, communication, ability to work within a team are key to this role.
Further responsibilities often include assisting with projects, analysing data, contributing to documentation and reports.
Additional Financial Incentives
Both role types include (with slight exception to hours as mentioned above);
40hr week 8 - 5pm or 45hr week 7 - 5pm with small company van included.
Salary from £29,000.00 - £32,500.00 and a graduate program is aligned with a training program - upon successful completion candidates can earn an additional £2,400 - £3,000 per year during the training (min 2yrs & paid in 6mthly incremental increases and is performance related).
There is also a further performance related bonus 6 - 10% of annual salary paid each June & December.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in civil, structural or mechanical engineering is essential.
Skills:
The successful candidate shall present strong problem-solving skills, good communication (written and verbal), and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Technical skills, such as proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD), are also valued.
Responsibilities:
Various tasks, including design, research, data analysis, documentation, and reporting. They may also be involved in site inspections, commissioning, and client interactions.
Attributes:
Self motivated with a willingness to learn.
Additional Information
This role may involve using software like AutoCAD to develop 3D models or working with senior engineers on larger projects.
You shall be required to assist in preparing technical reports, specifications and documentation for various projects.
You shall become involved in inspections to assess integrity of various projects.
Attending client and project meetings to better understand requirements and provide feedback.
