What will I do?
Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
Is this the role for me?
* Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
* Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
* A good knowledge on wines and spirits
* Excellent team motivator and team builder
DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon hotel is located in Stratford-upon-Avon. Our hotel is a 4*, 102-bedroom property and has The Quills restaurant and a lounge bar area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a 24-hour small fitness & gym room.
