What will I do?
Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
Is this the role for me?
* Previous experience in asupervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
* Ability of working in aprofessional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
* A good knowledge on wines andspirits
* Excellent team motivator andteam builder
