Role: Store Manager
Starting Rate: £13.50 + Bonus
Key Responsibilities
* Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role
* Retail sales
* Helping your store meet and exceed targets
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling
Experience Required
* Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail environment
* Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to cope with changing priorities
