Phyllis Tuckwell provides palliative and end of life care for people living with an advanced or terminal illness. Based in Farnham, Camberly and Guildford, we serve a population of 550,000 across West Surrey and North East Hampshire.
Registered Nurse – IPU
Salary: £32,602 – £36,709 per annum WTE (dependant on experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (day and night shifts)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and dynamic Registered Nurses to join our Inpatient team. This is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our friendly, supportive team in preparation for our move back to a new 18 bedded inpatient unit at Phyllis Tuckwell in Farnham. The Inpatient Unit is currently a 10 bedded unit, located in temporary accommodation in Camberley.

We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses who values flexibility and are looking for a rewarding role where they can provide high quality patient & family focused care within a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will have the ability to assess and interpret clinical conditions, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be competent with IT systems.
Whilst palliative care experience is valuable, it is not essential as full training and support will be given. Phyllis Tuckwell has an extensive education programme to support clinical practice; the successful candidates will have access to the Phyllis Tuckwell palliative care course. A full induction programme will be given. For nurses that are new to palliative care we have a comprehensive preceptorship programme.
