Turning Lives Around is recruiting for the Our Way Leeds Core & Cluster service. Our Way Leeds is a consortium service delivered by Turning Lives Around, Foundation and Gipsil, offering supported accommodation to empower young people aged 16-25 to live independently.
As a housing support worker in the core & cluster service, you will work within an Ofsted registered service, as part of a team providing 24/7 support to 15 young people. We offer supported accommodation to young people who are at risk of homelessness and help them develop skills to prepare them for independent living. This role involves supporting a caseload of young people to manage their tenancies responsibly and help them move on to permanent accommodation.
You will be helping the team look after our properties and report repairs, turn around empty properties for reletting, and take care of housing management matters.
