Hours of Work:
1. 36hrs for 22 weeks - shifts will be between 0830hrs and 2100hrs including weekends
2. 20hrs for 22 weeks - shifts will be between 0830hrs and 2100hrs including weekends
Rate of Pay: £ per hour
The Client: Local Government body based in Co Down, serving local residents
Job Role:
The postholder will provide a welcoming, friendly and efficient service to all visitors at Delamont Caravan Park. The postholder will be expected to deal with caravan and tent bookings, and will also be involved in the upkeep, maintenance and provision of visitor services of Delamont Caravan Park, one of Newry, Mourne and District Councils amenities and visitor facilities.
Requirements:
3. GCSE English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above
4. At least 6 months relevant experience of handling cash and keeping associated records in a work environment
5. At least 6 months relevant experience working with members of the public in a customer service environment
6. At least 6 months previous experience of customer service and reception duties
7. Be able to demonstrate competence in the use of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and Databases
8. Good understanding of health and safety practice relevant to the post
9. Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
10. Hold a full current driving licence and access to transport, or access to transport to meet the requirements of the post
11. Flexibility of working hours to include evenings and weekends
