Your new role
This is a newly created 100% office-based HR Assistant job working as part of a wider HR Team. This HR Assistant job requires someone who can work on a collaborative basis. Duties include but not limited to:
* Ensure all employee data is accurate and correctly recorded on HR systems, including clocking patterns, pay data and position data
* Producing daily reports from HR systems
* Filing and scanning HR employee files
* Produce information for payroll, including exceptions, sickness, absence etc.
* Prepare sickness and absence reports
* HR administration
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this job, you will have ideally worked within an HR environment previously. YOU MUST, however, have worked as part of a team where you are dealing with sensitive and confidential information AND understand that confidentiality is absolutely paramount.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (INTERMEDIATE EXCEL) with the ability to learn systems quickly
* A keen eye for detail is critical
* Great organisational and time management skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* CIPD Level 3 preferred or equivalent exposure
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
