Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in St Albans. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Daily tasks include developing strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and managing customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and mentoring the sales team to enhance their performance and ensuring customer satisfaction.
