It is a registered social landlord set up through a partnership between Church Army and the Portman House Trust.
The Support Services Manager is a key member of the project’s management team, responsible for overseeing our Support Services team and one Night Worker, as well as acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead. The service includes 25 commissioned complex needs bed spaces for women, 5 x Health Beds and 5 NRPF bed spaces. The service is going through a significant time of change. We are looking for someone with experience of managing a service through change, ability to provide stability for the team and someone who can hit the ground running.
The aim of the service is to provide high-quality support to women with complex needs within a Psychologically Informed Environment. Working collaboratively with a range of partner services, you will lead the team in delivering a holistic, trauma-informed approach that addresses the diverse needs of our residents
