The Trafford & Stockport College Group (TSCG) has an opportunity for a Dispensary Technician to join the Hair and Beauty team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
The Role:
To provide support to the Hair and Beauty department, contributing to the effective and efficient operation of that Section’s activity.

This role would be suitable for someone with previous knowledge of hair and beauty and cosmetic treatments.
Responsibilities:
1. Efficient and effective running of the Department’s laundry, including washing, drying, and pressing/ironing.
2. Assisting in the preparation of rooms for classes as requested.
3. Dispensing materials and laundry items where appropriate.
4. Responding to enquiries from students and teaching staff.
5. Monitoring and controlling stock levels in the laundry.
6. Assisting in the cleaning of materials, equipment, and work surfaces if required.
7. Ensuring equipment is well maintained, chemicals are dispensed in accordance with COSHH regulations, and liaising with the Health & Safety Advisor.
8. Supporting and complying with the College’s risk management audit requirements.
9. Undertaking any other reasonable duties as directed by the Head of Studies, Programme Leader, or Principal, commensurate with grade.
