What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, you will:
Lead end-to-end recruitment across senior, technical, and operational roles
Partner with leaders to anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive hiring plans
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Champion an outstanding candidate journey from first contact to onboarding
Manage and optimise our ATS (Employment Hero), reporting on recruitment metrics and insights
Oversee agency relationships, budgets, and recruitment processes
Contribute to wider People initiatives including D&I, workforce planning, and talent development
You'll play a visible and influential role in shaping how we hire — and who we become.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment (ideally within technical, operational, or field-based environments)
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels
Experience using ATS platforms and digital sourcing tools
Commercial awareness and data-driven thinking
A proactive, candidate-first mindset
Willingness to travel across the UK when required
Bonus points for experience within fire, construction, engineering, or safety sectors.
