We’re looking for a Junior Sales Director to act as the crucial link between three experienced Sales Managers and the COO – providing structure, strategy, and leadership across a young, high-performing sales team. The Role You’ll lead three key teams across different divisions of the business. Each team has a capable lead, but you’ll be there to coach, motivate, and drive performance across all sales activity in the UK.
