They are looking to recruit a CEO to carry out the following key responsibilities:

* Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in the insurance industry (MGA/Company or Broker backgrounds considered)
* In-depth knowledge of UK Professional Indemnity and insurance market trends.
* Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
