Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Administrator located in the Kingston upon Hull, England Area, with flexibility for some occasional remote work. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, managing order processing, maintaining customer records, and coordinating schedules. Day-to-day tasks also include acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses, and facilitating effective communication between clients and the sales team.
Qualifications
* Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams and external clients.
* Proficiency in Order Processing and administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency in sales processes.
* Background in Sales support and Administrative Assistance, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Basic proficiency in relevant software tools such as CRM systems (Hubspot essential), Microsoft Office Suite, or similar platforms.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
* Previous experience in a sales or administrative support role is an asset.
* Knowledge of regulatory processes or the food supplements industry is advantageous but not required.
