Senior Insurance Account Handler
Barker Munro Recruitment is currently working with one of the largest Insurance Brokers in the world, looking to add to their Commercial Broker team based in their Kent office, with an insurance account handler position.
This role is suitable for someone with account handling or insurance broking experience, preferably in commercial lines handling premiums from £20,000 to £100,000, and looking to expand their commercial insurance market exposure.
Alternatively, candidates with a strong work ethic who have worked in the insurance industry in a different role and are seeking a career in insurance will also be considered.
The role involves supporting executives by issuing client documentation, chasing outstanding information, responding to client queries, preparing pre-renewal documents, mid-term adjustments, and smaller client registrations.
The focus is on providing quality service to clients, requiring organization and attention to detail.

Requirements:
* Experience in the insurance broking industry
* Proven customer service skills in a B2B environment (preferred)
* Organized with good workload prioritization
* Knowledge of FCA regulations and basic insurance principles (preferred but not essential)
