Northern Gas Heating Ltd is looking for Domestic Gas Engineers to join our team on a subcontract basis. We provide a flexible schedule where you choose your availability, with excellent earning potential, starting at £350+ per day, paid weekly for each completed installation.
Role Overview:
As a subcontracted Domestic Gas Engineer, you will primarily handle private domestic boiler installations across the West and East Midlands. This is a self-employed role, perfect for those who are confident in their skills, can independently manage their assigned installations, and enjoy the freedom to control their own workload.

Key Responsibilities:
* Installation of domestic gas boilers.
* Efficiently manage and complete installations on time.
* Communicate with customers and our team to ensure a smooth process.
* Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
* Pride yourself on delivering quality workmanship.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in domestic gas boiler installations.
* Public Liability Insurance is required.
* Own a van and have a valid UK driving license.
* Must have personal tools for the job.
* Presentable appearance and strong communication skills.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Experience with wireless thermostat installations.
Preferred (but not essential):
* Unvented G3 certification.
* Plumbing experience.
Additional Information:
* Candidates must hold a Gas Safe Register certification and a MET1 Gas Certification.
* A portfolio of past boiler installations is preferred.
* Willingness to travel within the East and West Midlands area, with 25% travel expected.
