This isn't your average IT role.
You’ll be hands-on with everything from hardware installs to cloud-based services, and you’ll even dip into development—writing code, and transforming processes into sleek digital workflows.
What you’ll be doing:
1. General IT Operations:
2. Providing 2nd line support via phone, email, etc.
3. Managing Active Directory / GPOs
4. Networking tasks including DNS, Firewalls, Routers
5. Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles
6. Participating in an on-call rota when required
What you bring to the table:
1. A passion for technology and solving complex challenges
2. Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
3. Ability to handle both IT support and software development tasks
4. A self-motivated team player eager for new challenges
