Citizens Advice Bridgend is a key resource for our communities. With an annual income of £1.1m and c40 dedicated staff and volunteers we deliver services from our Bridgend base and local outreaches across the County Borough with increasing client need and case complexity. We are now seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation into its next chapter.
Reporting to the Chair of the Trustee Board, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, to ensure continuous high‑quality service delivery for our diverse communities. You will continue to strengthen partnerships with funders, community organisations, and the regional Citizens Advice network, ensuring our services remain accessible, inclusive, and responsive to local need.
We seek a collaborative, inspiring leader with a commitment to innovation. You will bring experience of governance, resource management, managing services, developing teams, and working effectively with a Board. You will be confident representing the organisation externally, securing resources, tendering for local projects and navigating a challenging and complex funding landscape. Knowledge of the Welsh government policy environment and an understanding of the challenges facing people in our communities will be an advantage.
If you want to work with an organisation that in 2024/2025 generated a total value of £16,200,000 in outcomes for our communities then we want to hear from you.
