We’re partnering with an incredible global brand that’s looking for a Marketing Procurement Manager to join their fast-paced, dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy environment where innovation, precision, and collaboration drive everything we do.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing and trade assets across the EMEA region — ensuring everything from POS materials and branded apparel to promotional merchandise is produced, shipped, and distributed seamlessly.
If you’re highly organised, thrive on structure and problem-solving, and enjoy seeing plans come to life through smooth operational execution, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the end-to-end planning and coordination of POS materials, branded apparel, and dealer loaders across EMEA, ensuring timelines, logistics, and budgets are aligned.
* Manage supplier scheduling, shipping, and inventory flow to ensure on-time delivery and effective replenishment of trade assets.
* Oversee supply chain planning and logistics documentation, including customs compliance, transport coordination, and trade regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement in procurement and fulfilment processes, enhancing visibility, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
* Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, legal, finance, and HQ teams to align asset planning with campaign timelines and market needs.
* Maintain accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure strong control and accountability across all procurement activities.
* Support and mentor the EMEA procurement planning team, encouraging best practices, performance tracking, and operational excellence.
Experience Required:
* 2–3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics coordination within marketing, POS, or trade asset environments.
* Ideally 1–2 years in a planning or team leadership capacity, managing multiple concurrent projects across regions.
* Strong understanding of inventory management, scheduling, logistics, and customs processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Power BI or ERP systems is advantageous.
* Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for efficiency, detail, and smooth operational delivery.
If the role and responsibilities sound like a good fit for you, then I’d love to speak to you!
