Location: Bedfordshire (remote)
Salary: £25.00 – £45.00 per hour
Working Hours: Flexible (school hours available)

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging, personalised online lessons tailored to each student’s individual learning needs.
2. Support learners with SEND, adapting teaching methods and materials accordingly.
3. Build students’ confidence, motivation, and curiosity through creative lesson delivery.
4. Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and celebrate success.
5. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and school staff to support continuity in learning.
Essential Skills & Experience
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable, or proven tutoring/teaching experience.
7. Strong understanding of SEND support strategies and differentiated teaching.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Confident using digital platforms and online teaching tools.
10. Patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach to individual learning styles.
