Tradewind are working with a school in Sheldon which supports KS1 and KS2 children with Physical Needs, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Specific Communication and Learning Needs, Visual Impairment and Hearing Impairment. Those with a combination of Complex Medical Conditions and Sensory Level Autism may also attend here. We are seeking SEND Teachers available for both daily supply and potential long-term opportunities. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Develop and implement individualised education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEND team, parents, and external professionals. Utilise a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and assistive technologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture where all students feel safe, respected, and valued.
