This role pays a competitive rate of: PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £13.73- £18.12 per hour Umbrella - £15-£20 per hour This role is on a fully remote basis and on a 3 month contract with potential to extend. Responsibilities as a Adult Social Care Paralegal: To undertake other legal work as appropriate including legal research drafting of legal documents. To provide advice and guidance, where appropriate, under the supervision of the Legal Services, Manager, Senior Solicitor and/or solicitors from the Specialist Team, on adult’s safeguarding, education and associated matters, including, education prosecutions, criminal injuries, compensation and disclosure of information to third parties. To attend court / tribunal with fee earners and/or counsel as required.
