Job Description:
The Range, a Sunday Times Top Track 100 company and one of the UK's fastest-growing privately owned companies, is expanding. With over 200 stores nationwide and a new Distribution Centre in Stowmarket, we are seeking a Health, Safety & Facilities Manager.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading Health, Safety & Environment initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation.
* Conducting audits and developing policies.
* Implementing improvement plans and managing safety audits.
* Liaising with authorities and maintaining safety documentation.
* Overseeing risk assessments and incident investigations.
* Managing maintenance and contractor frameworks.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH diploma part 1 or NVQ L4.
* Experience in health & safety regulations and legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge of facilities and maintenance activities.
Personality traits:
* Team player with strong communication skills.
* Experience in a new site environment with established policies.
