1. Attending customer appointments.
2. Site investigations to locate and then check the meter
3. Prove supply of water via tap tests
4. Meter readings
5. Investigations in to potential customer side leaks both internal, and external.
6. Assisting the customer with the leak repair process & procedures.
Who we’re looking for
7. Experience in a customer facing role.
8. Able to read plans and schematics
9. Health & Safety focussed with a responsible attitude
10. Enjoys working outdoors
11. Good written and verbal communication skills
12. Personal drive and commitment to succeed, achieving daily targets
13. Comfortable to work alone and enjoys doing a great job.
14. Full UK driving licence – You would be required to drive yourself between appointments and sites.
15. A good geographical knowledge of the Hampshire area will be highly advantageous as efficient route planning across the whole region is a must.
