An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, caring registered nurse (RNLD> RNMH< RN) to join our team. The Learning Disabilities Assessment and Treatment Unit (Willows Ward) is a 6-bedded Assessment & Treatment Unit caring for people who live with a learning disability and who may require inpatient care due to deterioration in their mental state.
The successful candidate will be motivated, able to demonstrate a commitment to patient-centred care and possess excellent communication & team-working skills.
Previous experience in a care setting, with an interest in the development of the Learning Disability service, is essential. You will be joining a supportive, effective team striving to provide excellent patient care in a challenging environment. Key qualities demonstrated by members of our team are: empathy, resilience and the ability to form positive relationships with people in distress.
Living and working in the Highlands will allow the successful candidate to enjoy both great working opportunity and an improved work life balance with so many available activities throughout this area. Based in the City of Inverness, there is provision of good schools, the beautiful outdoors is easily accessible via car or public transport links.
Student nurses due to qualify in 2025 will be considered for this post.
