The Role
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
* Support pupils with SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and learning difficulties
* Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident in lessons
* Adapt tasks and resources to suit individual learning needs
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff
* Contribute to a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment
