Sales Manager (Manufacturing) Norfolk-based (Hybrid) | UK remit
No, this isn’t “just another Sales Manager role.”
We’re working with a well-established global engineering company that needs a strong commercial lead to run its UK sales, BD, and customer team.
No job title inflation here - you’ll be leading a team of 8, owning everything from key accounts to pricing to channel growth. It’s the kind of role where you’re still close to the clients, but strategic enough to shift the dial at board level.
You’ll be backed by a strong operational setup, respected tech, and customers who already trust the brand. Leading a team across sales, BD, inside sales, and customer service
Owning UK commercial strategy - accounts, channels, pricing, margin
Building deeper relationships with key customers and distributors
Solid background in B2B technical sales
Ideally, 10+ years’ experience in industrial or engineered product environments
Experience leading teams - people, process, and performance
Confidence in forecasting, pricing, and funnel management
Ability to simplify complex sales into clear wins
A strong basic salary of up to £80,000 + a healthy bonus plus some other good benefits/perks
The autonomy to shape and run the UK commercial arm
