Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic to support the F-35 programme at RAF Marham – the only location in the UK where you can work on this platform.
This is a position within a modern, well‑controlled maintenance environment, supporting one of the most advanced aircraft in service. The work is varied, the standards are high, and the programme itself offers long‑term stability.
You’ll be joining a capable, close‑knit team operating in a fast‑paced but structured setting, where consistency, compliance, and competence are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out aircraft maintenance in line with Approved Technical Information and regulatory requirements
* Maintain accurate airworthiness records and documentation
* Identify, report, and elevate technical issues or discrepancies
* Comply with all maintenance procedures and organisational standards
* Apply Human Factors and Error Management principles
* Support Continuing Airworthiness Assurance activities
* Undertake inspections, repairs, modifications, and fault rectification
* Remove, install, and test aircraft components and systems
Requirements
* Proven experience working within EASA/MRP Part 145 environments
* Experience supporting complex military aircraft programmesCompleted Engineering Apprenticeship (Aeronautical preferred) or equivalent military training
* City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent)
* Strong understanding of maintenance procedures and airworthiness standards
