Role Overview
Our STARS deliver a consistently high-end, comprehensive, and discreet security-focused hosting experience to all visitors, guests and employees at the designated site(s). STARS ensure the safety and protection of customers’ people, property and information always, in a knowledgeable, professional, and service-oriented manner, ensuring an unobtrusive and comfortable environment. STARS are the recognised central point of contact for all Front of House operations, delivering a smooth and seamless execution throughout the premises.
We deliver best in class, impeccable guest services with enhanced security awareness training. Vetted to BS7858 our STARS complete bespoke training, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

What you’ll do
* Be part of our dynamic and fast-paced STARS leadership team
* Motivate and support STARS teams across the UK
* Lead recruitment, training and service excellence
* Deliver our fantastic STARS training program nationally
* Build strong stakeholder relationships
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Have a voice that helps shape the future of the STARS program
* Be creative and think outside the box
What you’ll bring
* Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for people
* Strong communication & people skills
* A proactive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
* An inspirational leader who can work effectively independently and within a team
* Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office, GSuite, etc.
* Operational and commercial experience
* Experience in recruitment/training/admin (Desirable)
Qualifications
* 5 year checkable work history
* SIA licence required, to be obtained during employment with our support
* First Aid at Work required, to be obtained during employment with our support
* Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
* AET Level 3 certified, to be obtained during employment with our support
