EAC are representing a Market Leading Organisation who are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join their small, friendly team in Milton Keynes.

On Offer for Customer Service Advisor:
* Salary £26,000 - £28,000
* 25 Days Annual Leave
* 1 day working from home (following successful probation)
* Full Training and ongoing support
* Clear scope for Progression
What you'll be doing:
* Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries (phone, email, online).
* Process and manage customer orders from start to delivery.
* Handle customer complaints and service queries.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Work with internal teams (Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth service.
* Support the sales team with administration and accurate data entry.
* Manage stock and swatches, including processing, delivery, and reporting
* Take ownership of queries and see them through to resolution.
* Provide cross-team support when required.
What we're looking for:
* At least a couple of years experience in a Customer Service orientated office role
* A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach
* Someone comfortable juggling different tasks and working with various teams
* Confidence using Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
