Main duties: To consistently deliver exceptional customer service and sales support while establishing long-lasting relationships. The Role: – To work closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional pre and post-sales assistance, guaranteeing the best experience for customers. – To ensure accurate processing of customer orders, and to act as the primary point of contact. – To ensure timely delivery of client orders, resolving issues and keeping customers informed. – To engage with clients to collect feedback, resolve inquiries, and offer solutions. – To work closely with internal departments such as finance, logistics, sales, and purchasing for smooth functioning of the organization. – To keep a record of all customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and timely. – To carry out any additional tasks that may be needed occasionally.
