We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist to join our team based at Sheerness - Sheppey Community Hospital.
Details:
* Working hours: 17.5 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, 13:30-17:00
* Training will be provided
* DBS required
About the role:
* Coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team, including supervision of reception and admin staff, ensuring delivery of administrative functions in line with policies and procedures.
* Support the team with information gathering, handling enquiries, and preparing complex documents, presentations, and correspondence.
* Qualifications: NVQ Level 3, relevant certification, or equivalent experience.
