Working within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, you will manage a varied caseload and play a vital role in supporting children and young people through the Education, Health and Care process. What you will do:
Manage a caseload of SEND and EHC cases from initial request through to review
Coordinate Education, Health and Care needs assessments in line with statutory timescales
Draft, amend, and finalise EHC plans in collaboration with families and professionals
Act as the main point of contact for parents, carers, young people, and partner agencies
Arrange and support annual reviews and phase transfers to ensure smooth transitions
Requirements:
Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience
Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory processes
Experience of EHC plans and multi-agency working
Excellent organisational and case management skills
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
