We are searching for an experienced Employment Solicitor to make an impact within our Legal team at RSM UK.

As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with UK and international corporate clients. You will be based in either our London, Birmingham, or Manchester office, with a hybrid working schedule.
You’ll make an impact by:
* Leading as a point of contact for employment law matters.
* Identifying and leading business development opportunities, pitching for work with new and existing clients.
* Proactively identifying future changes in employment law and government policy.
* Demonstrating technical expertise by delivering a premium, solutions-driven service to clients.
* Developing future talent by supervising and assisting junior team members.
What we are looking for:

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, National Minimum Wage, due diligence, and tribunal claims.
* Experience developing client relationships and proactively identifying issues and solutions.
* Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
* Experience working in a team environment on projects and transactional matters.
* Experience with advocacy and regulatory inspections.
