WHAT YOU'LL NEED
11. 1 year + experience in a similar high-end site
12. Spotless communication skills
13. (Ideally)Supervising and team training experience
14. Ability to handle complaints, to turn into compliments
15. Knowledge of cocktails specs, wine notes, beer options and ability to read through guests' preferences
16. Shift and section management
